Marian joined Hægland & Svanberg in 2018. Staubo primarily focuses on accounting entries and reporting, with expertise in the payroll domain. She also helps clients prepare their financial statements and tax documents. Prior to her career in accounting, Staubo worked for several years in marketing, sales, and administration. In 2006, she embarked on her accounting studies at BI Norwegian Business School while concurrently working.

From 2012 to 2018 Marian worked for Eiendomssenteret AS, where she held the responsibility for end-to-end accounting for a diverse client portfolio. She possesses extensive experience in accounting and project accounting for real estate companies, as well as proficiency in providing accounting services for real estate brokerage firms and consultancy businesses, among others.

Marian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing from the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. She has a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Newcastle in Australia, as well as a BSc specialising in Business Development and Finance from Østfold University College. She has been a certified external accountant since 2015.

Marian appreciates an active outdoor lifestyle, whether it entails exploring the countryside, engaging in local recreational activities, or venturing out to the sea. During weekends, she takes pleasure in spending quality time with her husband, children, and close friends. Additionally, she finds joy in immersing herself in a good book.
