Tabassom has worked as an accountant since 2004, gaining extensive experience across various industries, including construction, IT consulting, the restaurant sector and non-profit organizations. After six years in a production company in Iran, she continued her career in Norway, spending four years in a non-profit organization and eight years in an accounting firm. She has been a state-authorized accountant since 2021 and possesses broad expertise in full-cycle accounting, payroll management, quality assurance, reporting and preparing annual financial statements and tax returns.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an authorization education from BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, she has a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Oslo.

Tabassom is actively engaged in social issues and participates in committees for diversity and inclusion, as well as public debates. In her free time, she enjoys nature, art, concerts, and museum visits, and she conducts research in organizational psychology.
